1. General Policy

NexBid Media LLC provides high-quality digital advertising, media buying, and consulting services. Because our services require significant upfront planning, labor, and strategy, we enforce a strict refund policy.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced or funds have been allocated:

• Media Spend / Ad Budget: Any funds paid to third-party ad networks (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) are non-refundable.
• Setup Fees: Fees associated with account creation, tracking implementation, and initial campaign strategy.
• Retainer Services: Monthly management fees for social media management, SEO, or PPC management.

3. Cancellations

Clients on monthly retainer agreements may cancel their services according to the terms outlined in their specific Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW). Typically, we require a 30-day written notice prior to the next billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for cancellations made mid-cycle.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact your account manager immediately. We are committed to client success and will work diligently to address performance concerns, adjust strategies, and optimize outcomes.
